Return Policy
We are happy to accept returns for store credit. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order and pre-authorized via email before sending anything back.
Please contact us at customercare@ohvoilajewelry.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and return address.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Oh Voilà Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please use a traceable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original under the same terms and place a new order through our website.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at customercare@ohvoilajewelry.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace the item free of charge.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
All custom and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or store credit.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may return it for store credit as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your package.
