    1. How do I place an order? To place an order, simply browse through our product selection and add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Once you have finished shopping, you can proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information.

    2. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Meta Pay .

    3. Is sales tax applied to my order? For orders shipping within the US and its territories, sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and as required by applicable laws. Taxes for international orders are collected upon delivery and are not calculated at checkout.

    4. How do I care for my jewelry? To best care for your jewelry, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and lotions, and handling your pieces with care to avoid damage.     5. Do you offer gift cards? Yes, we do offer gift cards. You can purchase an e-gift card online, which will be delivered via email to the recipient.

    6. Do you accept returns or exchanges? We accept returns of unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the original order date. Please email us at customercare@ohvoilajewelry.com for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before making a return. Sale items cannot be returned.
